The Longmeadow Shops

The Longmeadow Shops are a fixture in the heart of the Longmeadow community, with a history that dates back to the early 1960’s. The property was purchased in 1994 by Grove Property Fund.

Over the past two decades, Grove Property Fund has prioritized maintaining the charm and character of the shops, while also providing area residents with top-notch local and national retailers and restaurateurs.
The Longmeadow Shops offers a broad array of national and local retail stores including a successful mix of both upscale fashion and quality convenience tenants. The Longmeadow Shops also features high quality restaurateurs and a variety of office tenants.
Grove Property Fund is seeking a zoning change on a 1.89 acre parcel between the Bank of America and the First Church of Christ Scientist. The proposed expansion will provide sensible long-term benefits to the town of Longmeadow and its residents, as well as retailers who proudly call the shops home.
This dedicated website is designed to keep you up-to-date on the latest details of the proposal. The proposal will require 2/3rds support at a special town meeting held on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 7:00 PM Longmeadow High School Gymnasium
The design elements incorporated into the proposal will maintain the charm and character of the shops, add parking spaces and improve the circulation of the parking lot, and provide a reasonable expansion of an additional 21,000 square-feet of retail space
