Sofia the Food Truck operated by Auntie Cathie’s Kitchen will be making a stop at The Longmeadow Shops on Sunday, December 6th from 11 A.M. – 2 P.M.
Donuts, muffins, cupcakes, and a few other goodies (we will update the menu closer to the event date). Auntie Cathies Kitchen specializes in gluten-free, allergy-friendly, and vegan cooking using fresh, local, and organic ingredients.
