Fleet Feet will host a sport psychology seminar series on the mental side of fitness and exercise!
This series will feature three 30-45 min workshops on topics such as self-talk, motivation, and goal setting. Their first workshop, on self-talk, will be July 22nd at 7:00 pm at Fleet Feet Longmeadow. They will also offer a zoom link to view the workshop virtually. Registration is free!
This workshop will be hosted by Fleet Feet Longmeadow Run Club Coordinator, Kara Pietrzykowski! Kara is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and earned her master’s degree in sport and exercise psychology from Springfield College.
